As Xiaomi Yi action camera has been released for a few months, the firmware has updated to v1.2.0. You can automatic update the Xiaomi Yi camera with the Yi camera app for android, or you can download the firmware and upgrade it yourself.

This version now supports video time lapse and can captures images at 16:9 resolution at 12 MegaPixels. Step:
1. Download the firmware, upzip it to the root directory of your micro SD card (fat32 format,Above class 10), insert the card to your Xiaomi Yi camera and turn on the camera, then it will automatic upgrade and power off when it’s finished.
